The TOUR Transalp is one of the most beautiful stage races for amateurs in the world. 7 stages through the Alps, with numerous famous climbs. In the past 18 years, the TOUR Transalp has become one of the most famous cycling events. The fascinating Alpine race is the absolute highlight for any cycling tourist. TOUR Transalp is a stage race in which you can participate both individually and as a team (2 persons). For both, separate rankings are drawn up. The minimum age is 18 years.
Unique for the 2021 edition is that all stages take place in the Italian Dolomites. The program includes famous passes such as the Furkelpass, Passo Valparola, Passo Rolle, Passo Valles, Passo San Boldo, the Monte Grappa from two sides and as a highlight the Passo Manghen. In addition to well-known cols, countless unknown hidden gems are included. Even if you think you've seen it all, TOUR Transalp is highly recommended. You can't get a more beautiful setting anywhere.
During the TOUR Transalp you can count on the best organization you can think of. Professional time registration, luggage service, an emergency response team, best-in-class food/drink supplies in the race and at the finish, chill-out zone, technical bike service, a finisher's shirt, a medal and much more. 150 organizers and helpers will make participants feel like pros for seven days.
CycloWorld is giving away one team ticket (2 people) (value €2000) or two individual tickets (value €999 each). What's included is precisely described here. Please note that the tickets are excluding travel and accommodation costs. Simple overnight stays in gyms can be booked as a package for €160 per person (including breakfast). Of course the organization has thought this through. All safety measures are taken. However, nobody can guarantee that the TOUR Transalp will actually take place. If you are the lucky one, and the date is changed, you keep your ticket. If the event does not take place this year, you can participate next year or get your money back. You may be required to show proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test upon arrival. At this moment, this is still unknown.
