• Two small novelties in My CW. After we launched Plans last week, it is now possible to see a Top-10 in both Favorites and Plans. Which events are most often tagged as Favorites? And which events are planned the most? You can find both Top-10s in the submenus.

• The Tour of Flanders for amateurs is rescheduled to September 18.

• The Volta Classic Limburg will be moved to July 17/18.

• A new multi-day gravel fest sees the light of day: Flanders Gravel. The dates: July 2,3 and 4. The event is a result of a collaboration between the Flanders Classics and Laurens ten Dam. It is a multi-day event, but cycling is only done on one day (July 3). Participants can choose between 80, 120 or 160 km. On July 4 there is a music festival. The venue is Oudenaarden, in the Flemish Ardennes. Camping is possible on site. 

• New: GFNY Oaxaca (05-09) and GFNY Mazatlá (02-05), both in Mexico. If you ride those together with GFNY Cozumel (07-11) you get a 3x finisher medal.

• GFNY Monterrey (Mexico) moves to 2022 and so does GFNY Punta del Este, Uruguay.

• Gran Fondo Alassio has been moved from March 14 to October 17.

• The route of Liege-Bastogne-Liege for 2021 has been released (see image below). Ardennes expert and CyloWorld editor Herman Nekkers immediately noticed something: "From Spa the routes now follows the Cote de Desie instead of the Maquisard. That doesn't make it any easier. For the rest, the usual".
