The Vélomédiane Claudy Criquielion is the largest and oldest gran fondo of the Benelux. The course around La-Roche-en-Ardenne is nowhere flat. Among others, the Mur de la Velomediane, Côte de Roche-à-Frêne, Col de Rideux and the Col d'Haussire (toughest slope in Belgium) demand the utmost.

The Vélomédiane is not just hard cycling, it is a complete happening for the region. The whole day, musicians are along the route to ease the pain. The finish location is a big party. While enjoying a Belgian beer you can recover from the efforts.
