Beautiful nature in the land of 1,000 lakes. This hilly region is perfect for suffering, above all, enjoying this special piece of landscape. It is a must for every recreational cyclist to explore the special region of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. 7 well-stocked feed stations, friendly volunteers, small roads, the possibility of massage at various stops are the basis for a wonderful time on the bike. The natural landscape with small villages makes this sportive an experience for thousands of cyclists.

   

300 km, are you up for it?

300 km is not madness. No, 300 is a magic number for any rider. The philosophy of the MSR team is very simple. We believe in the Olympic idea that participating is more important than winning. And also: setting yourself a goal outside your comfort zone. We provide the best support and we know that because of that, this invitation is within every possibility. This is evident every year by the smiling faces of the participants at the finish line.

   

All routes

300 km, 100 km and a kids race

You can choose from the following routes. Good to know: this is a sportive ride with no competition element, but your time will be recorded.

• MSR300: 300 km with 2000m+
• MSR100: 100 km with 580m+ (only for women!)

And for the little ones, there is also a kids' race, the Mini-MSR!
