Ride through breathtaking scenery, experience diverse cultural traditions while challenging yourself on unforgettable routes. Explore the splendor of a cycling in the most remarkable landscapes and experience unique cultures while challenging yourself on two wheels.

Our series brings participants to some of the world’s most picturesque and jaw-dropping destinations, from the high peaks of the Pyrenees to the lush landscapes of Thailand. Our series features events that take destination cycling to a new level.

Explore the mysterious roads of Central and East Asia, experience the challenging Vermont countryside, ride across South Korean landscapes, enjoy the sunny weather on the Canary Islands or the extreme conditions of ultra racing from Trondheim to Oslo in Norway.

By taking part in the events in the series, riders collect points for the world ranking system of the GRAN FONDO WORLD TOUR ®. The ranking is open to all cyclists, regardless of one’s cycling level. The concept is to build a community of avid cyclists and inspire others to ride.

The GRAN FONDO WORLD TOUR ® philosophy is quite simple: We love cycling, we love to meet new people and to explore the world. Therefore, our wish is to gather unique events in attractive locations, and make these events more visible to explorational cyclists around the world.

The GRAN FONDO WORLD TOUR ® consists of 14 races, across 4 continents and will crown a Men’s and Women’s GRAN FONDO WORLD TOUR ® World Champion, in addition to building a community for all our participants. We strive to inspire people to ride more and help them achieve their personal goals.

The GRAN FONDO WORLD TOUR ® ranking is open to all cyclists, regardless of their level. Join the GFWT® for free and ride one event, it's that simple! As soon as you complete an event, you enter the rankings. The leader receives a leader's jersey after each event.
