The likable Flemish gran fondo rider Frederic Glorieux was a guest on our podcast. Five things you didn't already know about him.

1. He has his own gran fondo team with friends

With the 30 or so members, he also organizes his own events. Just check out the page of gfcyclingclub on Instagram! 

2. This year he will ride a Corratec bike again

As he did two years ago. Hopefully with fewer equipment breakdowns than in last season.

3. He drinks a glass of wine with dinner

Because at home it should be a feast.

4. He works as a staff coordinator

In a center for young people with behavioral and emotional problems. And of course, he usually goes there by bike.
