GFNY Grand Ballon has become one of GFNY France's most popular events in just a few years. That success is explainable: it is a high-quality race with a fantastic course full of big names, in a place easily accessible to many Europeans.
We know the legendary Grand Ballon from the Tour de France, of course. But that's not the only Vosges Col that this gran fondo tackles. The Petit Ballon, Col du Platzerwasel, and Le Markstein are also tackled. The result: 4060 meters of elevation over "only" 147 kilometers. A tough ride in other words. As always at GFNY, there is also a shorter, non-competitive distance.
Not convinced? We were there two years ago. Just read the report.
This can be done through this link for a reasonable 71 euros. That price is still valid through February, so be quick.
