Do you really sell affordable tickets?

Lots of gran fondo riders are already using them, the discount codes of the CycloWorld SHOP. But our latest user survey revealed that not everyone is yet aware of these attractive deals, which can save you up to hundreds of euros. "Do you guys really have affordable tickets?"

How does it work?

CycloWorld collaborates with dozens of international cycling events: road cycling, gravel, and MTB. We offer great discounts for the most exciting cycling events, both well-known and lesser-known. Cycling is expensive enough already.

How do I find these discount codes?

There are two simple ways:

1. In the CycloWorld SHOP, you'll find plenty of offers under Discounted entry tickets. Use the filter to search for various items, such as country, event type (e.g., gran fondo, multi-day event, or sportive), bike type (road bike, gravel bike, MTB), region (Alps, Ardennes, Vosges, etc.). This way, you'll easily find exciting events where you can get a nice discount. 
2. In the calendar on the CycloWorld website, you’ll find the button: Discounted entry tickets. This shows a list of offers sorted by date. You can filter further. With one click, you’ll go to the SHOP and can complete your purchase.

How do I receive the codes?

After purchasing in the SHOP, you will automatically receive an email with your code(s). You usually receive this within two minutes. For GFNY gran fondos, you will receive an email from the organization. This usually happens within a few hours, at most 24 hours.

Am I registered after purchase?

No. You are buying a discount code that allows you to register for an event or trip for free or at a significant discount. You must register in the usual way. During registration, you can redeem the discount code—usually at checkout, but sometimes at the beginning. Pay attention, as this varies by event.

Can I get a refund if the event is canceled?

You can insure yourself against event cancellation for a small additional fee. Without insurance, no refunds will be issued. Read the terms and conditions here.

How many discount codes do you have per event?

It varies. Sometimes a few, sometimes up to a hundred. It depends on the agreements we make with the organizer.

Does it really work?

Hundreds of satisfied cyclists have already participated in events using our discounts. Many keep coming back.

What if I have a question or complaint?
