South Tyrol Trail: only challenge yourself

The South Tyrol Trail is a cycling event in South Tyrol with tested trails and selected local highlights by professionals from Bikeacademy Lana, Italy. The beginning of October is a perfect transition from summer to the still warm and sunny South Tyrolean autumn and the roads and trails are quieter from the main season.

The concept is impressively simple: you sign up, get your selected route for your bike type, download it to your GPS device or mobile phone, get on your bike and ride off whenever you want (official start from 3rd October at Lake Reschen). You can stop individually wherever you like to eat and sleep. Decide for yourself, whether alone or with friends in a group, with or without long breaks, overnight stays in inns or hotels - you're the boss. In addition, at the suggested daily destinations in Merano, Bolzano and Bressanone, there are reserved locations for the community to end the day together and share experiences. South Tyrol with its impressive hiking trails also invites family and friends to accompany you on the tour.

You don't want to worry about anything and just want to bike and enjoy the impressions? Host Events offers the perfect all-round package including hotel reservation, luggage transport and shuttle service.
